We are seeking an Operations Support Administrator to join our team in Charleston, SC. This position is responsible for assisting the Operations Support Manager and the Installation Manager with a variety of administrative tasks for a low voltage security company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with operational paperwork, invoicing support, and compliance records
· Assist with maintaining project databases, schedules, and reporting tools
· Assist with procurement, inventory tracking and resource allocation
· Assist with technician timesheet approvals
· Maintain multiple calendars
· Assist with scheduling of technicians
· Make travel arrangements for technicians
· Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
· Support operations leadership with performance metrics and dashboards
· Assist with smooth coordination between business administration and operations team
· Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company
positively to clients and partners.
Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Prior experience in administrative or operational support role preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
