Tri-State Bobcat is looking for a dependable Yard Attendant to join our Burnsville team. You'll work with compact construction equipment, interact with customers, and support our sales, service, parts, and rental teams.
You'll keep equipment clean, organized, and ready for pickup, rental, service, or sale. You'll also have opportunities to operate a variety of equipment and build valuable product knowledge.

What You'll Do
- Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment safely and professionally
- Operate Bobcats and similar compact construction equipment to move machines, attachments, and supplies around the yard
- Prepare equipment for customer pickup, delivery, rental, service, or display, including keeping equipment clean and ready to go
- Receive, move, organize, and stock parts, supplies, and other inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard, equipment, and storage areas
- Support sales, service, parts, and rental teams with daily operational needs and respond to requests as needed
- Provide excellent customer service while following company safety standards and assisting with general yard, equipment, and facility tasks
What Makes You a Great Fit
We're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically minded, comfortable working outdoors, and takes pride in keeping things organized.
You don't necessarily need extensive equipment-industry experience. Experience operating compact equipment or working in construction, automotive, agriculture, landscaping, powersports, or a related industry is valuable. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is willing to learn and takes ownership of their work.
We're looking for:
- Experience operating Bobcat or similar compact construction equipment preferred
- Experience in equipment, automotive, construction, agriculture, landscaping, powersports, or a related industry preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning about equipment and how it works
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to take initiative while working independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, and inclement weather and able to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and high school diploma or equivalent
