Job Summary
TRI Solutions is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Attendant to support our commercial flooring operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our installation crews have the materials, tools, and equipment they need to complete projects safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, organize, and maintain inventory.
- Prepare and stage materials, tools, and equipment for upcoming projects.
- Load and unload company vehicles with materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Clean, inspect, and properly store tools and equipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and report shortages.
- Deliver materials and equipment to job sites as needed.
- Drive company vehicles for deliveries and material pickups.
- Assist with warehouse and facility upkeep.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, construction, or industrial experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience driving company vehicles carrying equipment and materials preferred.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
