Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
Position Highlights: The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving full-cycle recruiting efforts while aligning hiring strategies with business objectives. This role owns the end-to-end recruitment process and provides market insights, ensuring high-quality hires and an exceptional candidate experience.
Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand business goals and translate them into effective hiring strategies
- Advise stakeholders on role scoping, candidate profiles, and market realities to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
- Provide insights on talent market trends, competitive landscape, and hiring best practices
- Influence and guide hiring managers on interview strategy, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions
- Own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance
- Lead intake discussions to align on role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies
- Proactively develop and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality recruiting process across roles, teams, and business units
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market mapping
- Maintain regular communication cadence with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, providing updates, insights, and recommendations
- Manage hiring timelines, drive accountability, and proactively address delays or challenges in the recruiting process
- Track, report, and maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding
- Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating company culture, values, and opportunities to candidates
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and documentation standards while identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the homebuilding industry or similar fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on hiring strategy and execution
- Strong sourcing capability, including passive candidate generation
- Demonstrated ability use an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred) for documenting, tracking and reporting
- Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital recruiting tools
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relationship-building and consultative skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional travel, approximately 10%
- Sedentary for extended periods, 4 or more hours per day
- Frequent repetitive hand use (typing/computer work)
- Auditory ability to communicate in person, on calls, or in meetings
- Visual acuity for reading documents and computer work
- Occasional standing and walking
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $93,100 - $123,500 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
- Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
