The pay range for this position is listed above. Our pay ranges are designed to allow for candidates with various levels of experience and skill to be considered, and to allow room for growth to be achieved in a role over time. Generally, new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their individual combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and education as well as internal equity.

Essential Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles across the credit union including lending, risk, compliance, IT, digital banking, branch leadership, and corporate functions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and hiring managers by developing recruiting strategies that support organizational goals.
- Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions.
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to ensure alignment between workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and business unit needs.
- Manage internal and external job postings using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Administer and manage the background verification process, including reviewing results and discussing any concerns with hiring managers.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and review results with hiring managers when outcomes fall outside position benchmarks.
- Maintain recruiting documentation and administrative procedures related to hiring and recruitment processes.
- Review offer letter templates and employment application materials to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and deliver weekly recruitment activity reports.
- Ensure recruiting processes adhere to applicable employment laws, OFCCP/EEO compliance requirements, and credit union hiring policies.
- Monitor recruitment trends and industry practices to maintain effective and competitive hiring strategies.
- Assist with annual salary planning processes, compensation analysis, and job evaluations.
- Maintain complex and confidential information while exercising discretion, judgment, and professionalism.
- Partner with the Human Resources team on initiatives such as employee surveys, events, onboarding activities, benefits administration, and other projects.
- Provide backup support for other Human Resources functions when needed.
- Champion and model the credit union’s culture and values throughout the recruitment process and employee experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of four years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and staffing within a financial institution or regulated industry environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment platforms, and web-based sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of ADP applications and recruitment technologies preferred.
- Strong understanding of state and federal employment laws and regulated industry hiring practices.
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and CRM/ATS platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize activities, manage multiple projects, and use resources effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to listen effectively and present ideas clearly, concisely, and in an organized manner.
