We are hiring an Office Manager / Front Office Administrator to oversee daily operations, support the dentist and clinical team, and deliver exceptional patient service.
This position is both administrative and patient-facing—ideal for someone friendly, organized, and eager to help build our practice from the ground up.
Patient & Front Desk Operations
- Greet patients warmly, maintain a courteous and professional environment
- Schedule patients efficiently to meet production goals
- Answer phones, manage inquiries, handle reminder calls and confirmations
- Convert new patient phone calls into new patient exams at a high success rate
Insurance & Financial Workflow
- Verify and submit insurance claims
- Collect co-pays and balances at time of service
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
Office Administration
- Arrive 15 minutes early to prepare the office for the day
- Support scheduling for doctor time off and PTO considerations
- Ensure proper use of technology
Team Support & Culture
- Maintain positive communication and help resolve issues directly
- Support an organized, professional environment and uphold dress and appearance standards
- Experience in dental or medical front office preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and patient-service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Reliable attendance and timeliness
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- $21–23/hour depending on experience
- PTO eligibility per handbook policy after required months of employment
