Description
Tri-National, Inc, truck load carrier in a JIT environment, located in St. Charles, MO, is currently seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our Operations Department as Payroll Administrator. This position would be direct support to the Operations Department and assist in the needs of our Drivers. TNi has dedicated itself to providing seamless service for the trading partners in Mexico, US, and Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Administer weekly Driver payroll
- Indexing of Driver trip sheets
- Maintain Driver payroll files
- Administer and maintain employee benefits, including insurance websites and portals
- Maintain various spreadsheets and reports related to payroll and insurance
- Assist with Driver phone calls and needs
- Assist with other requests made of the Operations Department
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in payroll
- Prior experience in Transportation/Logistics
- Knowledge of HR related functions
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and has a positive attitude
- Prior knowledge of computer programs, including AS400, Paylocity, Excel, insurance websites or portal
