Position Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Telemarketer to generate new business opportunities and support the sales team by identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting appointments. This position is ideal for someone who is confident, goal-driven, and enjoys connecting with people over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Tri-Lift’s products and services.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the outside sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospective customer interactions in CRM system.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity and lead generation goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,500.00 - $57,900.00 per year
