Position Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) / Telemarketer to generate new business opportunities and support the sales team by identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting appointments. This position is ideal for someone who is confident, goal-driven, and enjoys connecting with people over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Tri-Lift’s products and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the outside sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of prospective customer interactions in CRM system.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly activity and lead generation goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development (B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
