Job Description
Salary : $85000 - $100000
- Responsible for processing, distributing, and logging all new/change orders and RFPs in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain and update internal procedures as required for continuous improvement as well as establishing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Manage coordination of end customer/government and commercial orders/contracts. Knowledge of terms & conditions of the Commercial department upon receipt to ensure all information is accurate and acceptable
- Support business development efforts to generate new orders
- Actively engage our customers and Sales team (Manufacturers Representatives & Distributors) to identify new opportunities and future programs
- Support Business Development financial planning, budget & forecast based on customers’ existing /future programs projections
- Generate and distribute sales reports as required
- 2 years in promoting specialized Electrical Assemblies
- Knowledge of Government contracts
- Ability to liaise with both internal and external customers and key stakeholders
- Working knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and operate under minimal direction
- Strong MS Office skills
