About the Opportunity
Buchanan Materials / Tri Lakes Redi Mix is expanding—and we’re doing it the right way.
We are opening a brand-new concrete plant and are actively hiring Ready Mix Drivers and Dump Truck Drivers who want to be part of something growing, stable, and built for the long haul.
This is our 3rd location, and we are just getting started.

What We’re Looking For
- CDL (Class B or A preferred)
- Clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ready mix experience is a plus—but not required for the right person.
