# Concrete Dispatcher
**Tri-Lakes Redi-Mix / Buchanan Materials — Branson, MO**
American R&C, LLC is looking for a dependable, level-headed Concrete Dispatcher to run the daily delivery schedule for our Tri-Lakes Redi-Mix operation. Concrete is a perishable product on a tight clock, and our customers count on it showing up when they need it — so this role is all about staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping trucks, plants, and job sites in sync. If you're someone people can rely on when things get busy, we want to talk to you.
## What You'll Do
- Take incoming customer orders by phone and enter them accurately into the dispatch system
- Build and manage the daily delivery schedule, sequencing loads so concrete arrives fresh and on time
- Coordinate constantly with batch plant operators, drivers, and customers throughout the day
- Adjust the schedule on the fly for weather, job-site delays, cancellations, and rush orders
- Keep customers updated on timing, and handle problems calmly before they become bigger ones
- Manage will-call orders and standing/recurring accounts
- Track loads, tickets, and delivery paperwork accurately
- Communicate clearly with drivers on directions, site access, and pour requirements across our Southwest Missouri service area
## What We're Looking For
- Dependable and trustworthy — you show up, and people can count on your word
- Calm and organized under pressure, especially during busy pour days
- Strong communicator, comfortable spending much of the day on the phone
- Detail-oriented with solid data-entry and computer skills
- Able to juggle a changing schedule and multiple moving pieces at once
- Familiarity with the local area / ability to read maps and give clear directions
- Prior dispatch, concrete, aggregate, or construction experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
## Schedule
- Full-time, with early morning starts (concrete work starts early)
- Occasional Saturdays during the busy season
