Primary Role
Lead discovery, stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and business process analysis.

Responsibilities
•Conduct stakeholder workshops/interviews 
•Gather and document business requirements 
•Analyze current operational workflows 
•Prepare process maps and GAP analysis 
•Identify operational constraints and readiness 
•Support feasibility recommendations 

Required Skills
•Business process analysis 
•Requirements elicitation 
•Stakeholder facilitation 
•Functional documentation 
•Public-sector consulting experience  Experience
•5 years as Business Analyst on enterprise/government projects 
•Experience with healthcare, benefits, or SNAP systems preferred
