As a Convenience Store Food Service Lead, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional food service experiences to our customers. You’ll oversee daily operations of the food service area, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead by example and make a positive impact in a fast-paced retail environment.
Duties
- Supervise daily food service operations, including food preparation, display, and customer interactions
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed according to company policies and local regulations
- Train and mentor team members on food handling procedures, customer service skills, and operational tasks
- Maintain inventory levels for food items, place orders as needed, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste
- Enforce safety protocols for team members and customers within the food service area
- Lead by example in delivering friendly, efficient service that exceeds customer expectations
