Tri-County Technical College is seeking a part-time Adjunct Instructor to teach REL 101: Introduction to Religion and REL 201: World Religions. We are looking for passionate educators to join our Arts and Sciences division to provide high-quality instruction for our transfer-track students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach one or more sections of Introduction to Religion and/or World Religions.
- Prepare and deliver course materials that meet college and departmental standards.
- Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom environment for a diverse student body.
- Instruction may be delivered in-person, online, or in a hybrid format at various campuses based on departmental needs.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Candidates must possess one of the following:

A Master’s or Doctoral degreein:
- Religious Studies
- History of Religion
- Philosophy of Religion
- Cultural Anthropology (with an emphasis in religion)
- Sociology (with an emphasis in religion)
- Theology
- OR a Master’s degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in any of the disciplines listed above.
