Job Overview

Duties
- Assist with the installation of various insulation materials, including spray foam, fiberglass batts, cellulose and fiberglass blow-in, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
- Operate tools to facilitate efficient insulation work
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by managing materials, tools, and waste disposal effectively
- Lead or assist in training team members on proper insulation techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with sales team & project managers to ensure seamless project progression
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is highly preferred but we will train selected individuals
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to lead or support as needed in a fast-paced environment preferred but we will train selected individuals
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
