Duties
- Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material organization
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently for tasks such as concrete pouring, cutting, and finishing
- Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and schematics to execute project specifications accurately
- Carry out demolition, renovation, restoration, or framing tasks with precision
- Ensure compliance with construction workplace safety regulations by following safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience working on construction projects across various trades such as carpentry, roofing, siding, window & door installation, gutters, decking, and concrete coatings
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction equipment operation and maintenance
- Experience with heavy lifting, framing, roofing, siding, decking, window & door installation, drywall installation,
- Strong understanding of construction site safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Valid driver’s license
