Tri-County Business Machines, a trusted local company providing office equipment and business solutions, is seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Southern Pines, North Carolina.

Position Details
- Job Title: Office Manager
- Location: Southern Pines, NC
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure an organized, efficient workplace
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Process accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and payments using QuickBooks and CRM
- Maintain accurate financial and business records including reporting sales tax
- Prepare reports and assist management with administrative projects
- Support sales and service teams with scheduling, documentation, and customer communication
- Manage inventory and supply ordering
- Maintain company databases and customer records accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous office management or administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience using QuickBooks for billing and bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Database management experience preferred
