We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager at our ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Clinic. The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain and organize patient records
- Assist with billing and insurance claims
- Coordinate with therapists and other staff members
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Ensure the clinic is clean and organized
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
