Full Time Mortgage Loan Processor – job will entail managing, reviewing, and organizing mortgage loan applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to loan closing. The processor will ensure that all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and organized accurately to meet regulatory requirements and facilitate timely loan closings.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor, Loan Officer Assistance, or similar financial services role (2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of mortgage types, loan documentation requirements, and underwriting guidelines.
- Proficiency with loan origination software such as Jack Henry.
- Excellent organizations skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, co-workers, and third-party vendors.
- Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations and commitment to compliance
