Tri-CAP is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dependable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Bus Driver for our transportation services! About the Role As a Bus Driver, you will provide courteous, curb-to-curb service to clients across Tri-CAP s service area, and assist individuals in maintaining independence by providing a reliable public transportation option. This role requires a balance of customer service, safety-first mindset, and passion for connecting with people. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who is: People Person comfortable connecting with others, and building and maintaining positive relationships with both regular and first-time riders. Adaptable & Change-Ready comfortable with shifting priorities due to customer needs, weather, etc. A Strong Problem Solver ready to find creative solutions in a fast-changing environment, while maintaining consistent, clear communication with our dispatch team. Safety Oriented focused on providing a safe transportation experience. Detail Oriented able to identify and anticipate potential conflicts or issues, and react accordingly (for example, clearly explaining required vehicle maintenance). Experienced (Preferred) experience in bus transportation is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who brings the right mindset and drive to obtain their CDL!
