We need an Entry Level Assistant Manager who is ready to play a valuable role by leading from the front and providing a superior level of service to customers, clients and team members. The Entry Level Assistant Manager is a front-facing position working with senior leadership and acting as a driving force behind our customer acquisition and sales campaigns. In addition to driving and closing sales, you will partake in client account management, analyzing sales performance metrics, and team development.
The Entry Level Assistant Manager is a crucial component to the success of the company and our client, so we need an individual who is ready to step into a leadership position and steer the growth of our sales campaign with integrity, respect and confidence.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Main Responsibilities:
- Drive and close sales while maintaining the highest level of service to customers, clients, and team members across Anaheim and the Southern California territory.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement successful customer acquisition and sales campaigns.
- Manage client accounts by ensuring their needs are met, providing updates, and fostering strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools necessary to excel in their roles.
- Act as a key liaison between clients, senior leadership, and the sales team, ensuring smooth communication and successful execution of sales initiatives.
- Take ownership of the growth and success of the company’s sales campaign by setting an example of integrity, respect, and confidence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance sales strategies and performance.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and accountability.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, business management or related field is highly preferred
- Experience working in a team setting with proven ability to step into a leadership role
- Superb communication and relationship building skills
- Critical thinking skills and able to think outside the box to achieve success and desired results
- Exceptional self-management, organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated multi-tasking abilities
- Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure
