**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in maintaining a drug-free workplace. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer skills with a willingness to learn new software systems

**Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers through various channels to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs efficiently
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels while adhering to our drug-free workplace policy
