ADP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Responsibilities
• Review and process biweekly payroll through ADP
• Run and review reports to verify payroll accuracy
• Resolve payroll discrepancies in a professional and timely manner
• Verify completion of new-hire paperwork, including tax forms, and benefit enrollment documentation
• Enter new hire/current employee information in ADP
• Maintain accurate paid time off balances
• Periodically prepare payroll reports for Disability, Paid Family Leave, NYS Agencies
• Request payment on behalf of employees for First Aid bill claims
• Send employees’ notifications and other important communications related to Payroll
• Track employee birthdays
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Previous ADP payroll experience is required
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in preparing biweekly and monthly reports
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and database systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
