Company Description
Tri-City Audiology is an independently owned private practice that opened in 1976. We currently have two offices in East Mesa and Chandler. We are seeking a dispensing Audiologist familiar with diagnostics including pure tone audiometry, speech testing, and tympanometry. Audiologist will also be responsible for hearing aid evaluations, hearing aid sales, fitting, and maintenance. We collaborate with Maricopa Ear, Nose, and Throat*** and provide diagnostic testing for their clinic. Travel between offices will be required. We are seeking a candidate with at least two years of hearing aid experience. AuD is required. Tri-City Audiology is a small practice with 9 employees. Our ideal candidate is passionate in hearing healthcare and motivated to join our team.
Pay will start with an hourly rate and generous commission and bonus structure.
We work a 36 hour work week. Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting hearing tests and diagnosing hearing issues
- Experience in fitting and dispensing hearing aids, and providing auditory training and rehabilitation
- Excellent patient counseling skills and the ability to maintain detailed patient records
- Strong knowledge of the latest audiology practices and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Doctoral degree in Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent
