ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
We’ve been in business for six years and have grown into a team of 14 and counting. Our office is known for its fun, close-knit atmosphere, where people genuinely enjoy working together while still keeping a competitive edge that motivates everyone to succeed.
I’m a Navy veteran and a second-generation State Farm agent. My mom has been an agent for over 30 years, and insurance has always been part of my life. Today, that family connection continues in the office, with my brother on the team and even a few spouses working alongside us. It truly feels like an extended family environment.
Outside of work, we like to spend time together with team trips throughout the year, happy hours, visits to the cigar lounge, and local events, including activities with the Hobe Sound Chamber. We believe that building strong relationships makes for a stronger, more supportive workplace.
We also stay active in the community by supporting causes like Toys for Tots, Little League baseball, and local golf event sponsorships. Giving back is an important part of who we are.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trey Yelton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
