Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure

- Track market trends and competitor activity
Education / Experience:
- A relevant degree or professional qualifications in business, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience in Facilities Management or Commercial Real Estate
- Strong knowledge of FM services, outsourcing solutions, and pricing models
