About the Role:
- In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing strategic operational plans, and driving successful project execution.
- Managing diverse client portfolios, leading client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple high-profile client relationships
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery
- Identify new sales opportunities and process improvements within existing accounts
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Effectively manage client expectations and resolve any conflicts
- Drive team development and foster a collaborative work environment
- Motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to drive desired actions
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred, not essential)
- Relevant account management experience, within Life Sciences or Manufacturing verticals
- P&L Management
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
