Pay Rate: $23.43/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do
As part of our grounds team, you’ll play a key role in keeping the landscape healthy and vibrant:
- Irrigate grass, shrubs, and plants to maintain optimal health
- Apply fertilizers and manage soil pH programs
- Restore lawns by seeding or laying sod
- Trim and prune shrubs and plants to maintain appearance
- Conduct soil testing and monitor seasonal needs
- Program and maintain automatic sprinkler systems
- Repair irrigation systems, including sprinkler heads, valves, and drip lines
- Take on special landscaping projects as assigned
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of gardening/grounds experience
- 3 years of sprinkler system maintenance (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s License (driving required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform in outdoor conditions
Requirements & Screening
- General background check
- Driving record (MVR) review
- Office of Inspector General (OIG) check
- Office of Personnel Management (OPM) screening
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
