Your Impact
- Execute fiberglass layup, cutting, fitting, and installation
- Repair FRP structures on vessels, boats, and industrial components
- Apply resins and gelcoats with consistent coverage and finish
- Complete finishing operations: sanding, grinding, buffing, and polishing
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Keep the work area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety procedures
What You Bring
- Hands-on fiberglass/FRP experience (preferred)
- Experience in marine, shipyard, boat building, or industrial settings is a plus
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, grinders, and sanders
- Accurate tape measure reading
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable transportation; punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
