Credentialing Specialist (Part-Time)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credentialing Specialist to join our team at our Covington office. This role is essential in ensuring all healthcare staff meet compliance standards and are fully credentialed to work. You will support the onboarding and ongoing compliance of CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
Review and approve onboarding documents for new hires
Verify and maintain active licenses and certifications for CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and other staff
Track expiration dates and ensure timely renewals
Maintain and update credentialing databases and employee records
Communicate with staff regarding missing or expiring documents
Collaborate with recruiting and staffing teams to ensure compliance readiness
Ensure all files meet company and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Previous credentialing, healthcare admin, or compliance experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency with computer systems and databases
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently in an office setting
