Job Title: Entry Level Administrative Assistant
Supervisor: Clinic Director
Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Employment Status: Regular Full-Time Employee
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administratively supporting the clinic Director as needed and requested. Responsibilities will include all aspects of a medical administrative assistant and office procedures in numerous programs of the clinic. and handling information requests. The ideal candidate can manage a large, diverse workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to managers and employees, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
· Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment, working with insurance companies with prior authorizations, filling in at patient registration and assisting with front end office.
· Document Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
· Office Management: Assist in daily office needs, manage office supplies, and ensure the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.

Qualifications
High school diploma and/or GED equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred
Valid driver's license
2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Proficient with medical office procedures and medical knowledge is preferred
Proficient with using standard office equipment
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to successfully pass all pre-employment requirements including a drug/alcohol test and background investigation
Must have updated Immunization (IZ) record and annual Tuberculosis skin test is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
