Role Overview
This is a client-facing, sales-oriented growth position where you will support showroom operations while learning the full sales and design process.
You will work closely with experienced showroom managers and gain hands-on experience across real projects and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
• Support showroom managers with daily operations and client interactions
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a high-level customer experience
• Assist with quotes, orders, and project coordination
• Maintain showroom organization and presentation
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and ongoing projects
• Build relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners
• Track and report on sales pipeline and customer inquiries
• Participate in outreach efforts, industry events, and networking opportunities

Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or design-related fields (interior design or building materials preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (QuickBooks is a plus)
• Interest in interior design, materials, and the construction/design industry
• High school diploma required
