Assembly Operators - High-Volume Hiring Beginning in October!

TrendHR is hiring a large number of Assembly Operators beginning in October, with hiring expected to continue and ramp up through the end of the year.
We are looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals to join our client's growing manufacturing team. Multiple positions and start dates will be available throughout Q4, making this a great opportunity for candidates looking for steady, full-time manufacturing work.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
Hiring Begins: October 2026

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly line machinery and equipment efficiently while following all safety procedures.
• Complete assembly tasks within designated cycle times and according to standard work instructions.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow established safety protocols.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Minimize waste and scrap through careful and efficient work practices.
• Maintain a respectful and collaborative attitude.
• Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to daily production schedules.
• Deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds company standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Some positions may involve working around live electricity and using computers.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
