What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Analyst position at Trenchant Analytics, LLC?
Trenchant Analytics LLC is a professional services contractor providing a wide range of support to our government customers, including programmatic, financial, scientific, and engineering services. We are currently seeking experienced Program Analysts to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and contribute to program success. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct data-driven evaluations to inform decision making regarding planning, budgeting and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage program budgets, perform cost analyses, and support financial planning and reporting efforts.
- Monitor project schedules and performance metrics to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and data products for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in Program Analysis or similar role.
- 7 years of total experience.
- SECRET clearance required.
- Experience working in a relevant role within the Navy is preferred.
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or equivalent certificate preferred.
