What We Are Looking For!
- Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Support new‑hire onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation, and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and manage personnel files and confidential employee records.
- Assist in updating and refining employee handbook content, HR procedures, and policy documentation.
- Help build and maintain HR reporting dashboards and workforce metrics, including headcount, turnover, and training compliance.
- Support training coordination, track completions, and prepare training materials.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as events, surveys, and internal communications.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for HR metrics and leadership updates.
- Provide general administrative support to HR and Operations in a dynamic, fast‑growing environment.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data organization).
- Proficiency with Office 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
