Description

We are looking for a Mergers and Acquisitions Attorneys with experience in securities and corporate transactions. Asset-based lending experience is helpful but not required. 4 years of relevant experience needed.

• Securities – Attorneys with 4 years of experience working with publicly traded clients to provide counsel and handle SEC filings and reporting. Prior experience on general corporate transactional work is helpful.

Candidates will be expected to have had a strong academic performance and excellent writing skills. Success in this role will require a comfortable knowledge of the corporate transactions, mergers or acquisitions, structuring terms of assets, loans processes and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

A high level of customer service is required.
