Job description:
The Trempealeau Co. Health Care Center has an opening for a full-time Certified Nursing Assistants on 2nd and 3rd shift. You will work closely with residents and have the potential to advance into other areas with further training.
$20.00 - $21.50/hr
10 pm – 6 am
Responsibilities
· Assist with activities and daily living needs of our clients
· Document and charting as required
· Complete vitals as client care plans require
· Assist with mealtime responsibilities
· Keep the living area safe and clean for clients
· Assist with client transfer needs as requested
· Follow all care plans such as doctor’s orders, treatment plans, or other instructions provided
· Help with medication as directed by licensed practitioners
