GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position will provide administrative support to the WTI Prevailing Wage team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the submission of the State of New Jersey Department of Labor Monthly Project Workforce reporting forms
- Ensures proper filing of New Jersey projects and record keeping
- Requesting New Jersey project identification numbers
- Perform general administrative duties and other duties as assigned by the manager
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent written, oral and digital communication skills
- Able to effectively communicate with government office personnel at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Computer literacy – including Microsoft 365 basic office tools
