Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative will generate new business opportunities, nurture inbound leads, and educate prospective clients on the company’s eco‑friendly commercial cleaning services. This role is ideal for a confident communicator who can clearly articulate the health, safety, and performance benefits of a green cleaning approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to inbound leads from phone, email, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and communications to targeted commercial accounts
- Communicate the advantages of our organic, non‑toxic, Green Seal Certified cleaning products and services
- Qualify prospects, assess facility needs, and schedule on‑site walkthroughs
- Build strong relationships with decision‑makers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity
- Collaborate with team on messaging and lead‑generation strategies
- Support proposal development and follow‑up to close new business
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or lead‑generation experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing a high‑activity sales pipeline within multiple markets
- Experience using CRM systems, google, and other internet web search engines
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a consultative sales approach
