Trellis Talent and Services is partnering with a small concrete company in the Appleton are looking for a Concrete Finisher. If you take pride in quality work, show up on time, and enjoy being part of a tight‑knit team, you’ll fit right in here.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday. There is LOTS of O/T available.
Start Time: 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays during peak season)
What You’ll Do
- Place, finish, and repair concrete for residential and light commercial projects
- Set forms, grade, and prepare job sites
- Operate finishing tools (trowels, floats, screeds, edgers, etc.)
- Pour, spread, and smooth concrete to required finish and specifications
- Assist with demolition, site cleanup, and general labor as needed
- Work safely and follow company standards on every job
- Collaborate with the crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a concrete finisher (1–3 years preferred, but willing to train the right person)
- Ability to work 8–10 hour days starting at 6:30/7:00 AM
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Knowledge of finishing tools and concrete techniques
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
