- Bi-Weekly processing of payroll for multiple site locations
- Weekly submission of subcontracted labor timecards to Agencies
- PTO Balancing and Absentee reports
- Maintain and update payroll changes including garnishments, yearend processes, additional earnings and deductions
- Responsible for complete source recruitment (sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, onboarding and training)
- Respond to all employee inquiries promptly, with a focus on customer service, maintaining a positive demeanor, and a high level of confidentiality
- Assist in interpersonal training and development efforts
- Compile reports to assist in department critical metrics
- Process termination in systems including final payout and off cycle payments
- Maintain employee files
- Support the administration of employee leave programs, including Short-Term Disability (STD) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), by coordinating with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and facilitating timely communication with employees.
