Trelevate is growing its B2B sales team as Verizon continues expanding its fiber network following its acquisition of Frontier Communications. We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to learn new skills, gain hands-on experience, and build a career in sales.
No extensive sales experience is needed. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you develop your communication skills and learn how to work with local businesses.
In this role, you’ll meet with local business owners and introduce them to Verizon Fiber Internet and other business solutions. You’ll receive leads for businesses that already qualify for Verizon Fiber, giving you a starting point as you learn the role.
What You’ll Do
You’ll have the opportunity to build your skills through Trelevate’s Career Development Program. As you gain experience and demonstrate success, you can work toward advancement opportunities such as Senior Business Advisor, Certified Trainer, Area Training Manager, and Area Business Manager.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with local business owners and introduce Verizon Business solutions
- Learn how to communicate with decision-makers and identify business needs
- Work with provided leads for businesses that qualify for Verizon Fiber
- Build professional relationships with local businesses
- Follow a daily route and manage your schedule
- Learn sales techniques and work toward goals with support from your team
- $50,000–$90,000 first-year earning potential
- Base salary plus uncapped monthly commission
- $500 new-hire performance bonus
- Daily, weekly, and monthly sales incentives
- Paid training and ongoing coaching
- Company-sponsored trips and travel incentives for top performers

- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

- Comfort speaking with local business owners or willingness to learn
- Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required
- Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to meet background check and drug screening requirements
