Responsibilities:
Marketing/Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with meeting coordination, follow-up, and preparation of prospective client materials
- Write and coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and blog content
- Develop new and update existing website content, including ongoing SEO improvements
- Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement
- Support event planning (company events, showcases, client appreciation events)
- Order and manage branded materials and marketing collateral
- Track marketing metrics and assist with reporting
- Assist with project photoshoots and coordination
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors at the front desk
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and clarity
- Manage office calendar, meeting scheduling, and conference room coordination
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment
Office Management & Accounting Support
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate ordering
- Manage vendor invoice mailboxes and upload/code invoices
- Coordinate vendor communication and relationships
- Manage bookkeeping tasks (invoice tracking, lien waivers prep, mailing checks)
Requirements:
- Previous administrative, marketing, or office management experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and thoughtfully
- Ability to take initiative on tasks and exercise creative judgment within established guidelines
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks/roles and prioritizing responsibilities while staying organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe programs and SEO practices is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Takes pride in producing thoughtful, accurate, and well-executed work
