Chewy is looking for a consumer-centric, data-driven Associate Marketing Manager, Healthcare to join our exciting and fast-paced team in Bellevue, WA, Boston, MA, Minneapolis, MN, or Plantation, FL. We continue to have very ambitious plans for this rapidly growing business and are looking for a curious and experienced marketer. The Associate Marketing Manager will develop and manage detailed marketing strategies for campaigns supporting our Pharmacy category. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded & data-driven marketing professional who can flex between strategic and executional work. This is a unique opportunity to work in a start-up like fashion, but for an existing and loveable brand that requires a scrappy, action-biased, self-starter individual with superior relationship building skills. You will work on managing paid and owned channel marketing initiatives across Print, CRM, Affiliate, and Site as well as analyzing campaign performance and identifying consumer insights and opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Lead development of marketing initiatives 'end to end' within paid and organic channels that drive goals & key performance indicators
Collaborate with channel owners (Print, Affiliate, Site, Email, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and retention, continuously optimizing and seeking improvements for all channels
Work closely with category managers to build out marketing plans based on category expansion plans, product development, and annual goals
Partner with consumer insights team to develop and execute consumer research plans to build our consumer-first strategies based on insights
Work with internal creative teams to develop assets from concepts through execution across a broad range of tactics
What You'll Need:
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce or retail
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders
Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering the best end-to-end experience
Must have attention to detail and possess critical thinking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, project management skills and client-facing experience preferred
Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment
Experience with paid media and owned channel execution (site, email)
Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Tableau
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
A curiosity for learning and tackling new challenges, and a self-starting mentality with the ability to problem solve and seek out help when needed
Strong attention to detail with a strong, positive, and proactive demeanor
Bachelor's degree
Travel may be required
The base salary range for this role is $72,500 - $114,000.00.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08 positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
