What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager Intern position at Treeline?
Treeline Interactive is searching for a Project Manager Intern to join our growing Product Team. In this role, you'll support product strategy and assist with feature development for both our internal platforms and client solutions. You'll help define product requirements, contribute to feature roadmap discussions, and work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused experiences. You will be responsible for assisting in our agile development process and helping plan the execution of core features that power both our internal and client projects.
This role requires a high level of communication and the ability to prioritize on the fly. Driving the project from a product level, it is essential that you are able to use wireframes, workflow diagrams, words, and numbers to communicate requirements to your team and to the client. Technical expertise for this specific role is helpful but not required. We are looking for a candidate who is product-minded, who can help build user stories, backlogs, and create technical solutions from business problems.
This specific role will also require QA (quality assurance) test plan creation, updating and manual software and IOT testing. Attention to detail and the ability to clearly communicate issues (and log them) are critical parts of this role.

Requirements
- This is an entry-level position, early career role
- Desire to grow into a Product Manager role with a software company
- Must be located in San Diego, and available to come into our Mission Beach office
- Ability to communicate with a diverse group of stakeholders
- An Interest in building and working with emerging web/mobile technologies
- Some nice to haves: experience working with scrum methodologies, CMS platforms, enterprise-level software product planning, computer science background, Figma or similar design background, experience writing technical documentation or user manuals
- Contract role. Hourly Rate Range: $17.25 - $19.00
