as a Business Development Representative and work towards a promotion to a Full-Cycle AE role within 12–18 months.
Job Description:
- Strategic Prospecting & Pipeline Growth: Identify and research high-fit "new logo" accounts within assigned territories, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for the AE team.
- Multi-Channel Outbound Execution: Conduct high-volume outreach via personalized emails, cold calls, and social selling to engage key stakeholders, skillfully navigating gatekeepers to secure discovery meetings with decision-makers.
- AE Partnership & Handoff Management: Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads and providing the necessary context to help AEs drive deals toward a close.
Requirements:
- 6 Months - 1 Year of BDR Experience within a B2B SaaS organization
- Must be a new logo hunter and build their own pipeline, focusing on enterprise companies ($1B revenue) and selling to multiple personas from IT to the C-Level.
- Ability to work collaboratively remotely and in-person
Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where candidates will report to a Boston, MA based office 2-3x/week.
Base Comp: $70,000 - $75,000
Total Comp: $75,000 - $80,000
Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
