Company Profile:
Our client is a privately held organization specializing in the datacenter storage and back-up space. They have been in business for over 20 years, boast a strong retention rate of both their clients and the sales team, and have had strong YoY growth for the last 4 years. They are looking to hire an Account Manager to maintain and expand on a book of accounts.
Job Description:
- The Account Manager is an inside sales position focused on retention, expansion and cross sell opportunities within an existing book of approximately 200 accounts.
- The Account Manager will be building relationships with IT personas and must be able to articulate the value prop and run discovery meetings.
- The Account Manager must be comfortable in a solution based sales environment, consulting with clients on customized needs and working across internal teams to provide a complete solution.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience selling IT solutions, preferably within the datacenter
- Strong sales and business acumen with the ability to effectively communicate and consult with clients on their hardware needs
- Positive team-player attitude who is self-motivated to build relationships with account stakeholders
Location: This role is reporting to a Greater Marlborough, MA Area office 5 days a week. No travel required.
