Lubricator - Wenatchee Plant

SUMMARY:

Lubricate and maintain equipment while complying with GMP and Food Safety requirements. Inspect equipment and identify preventative maintenance needs. Communicate with co-workers and operations about problems, complete work orders as necessary. Keep daily maintenance log by documenting service of equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. All of the following are to be performed while adhering to Tree Top operational policies, safety rules, procedures and good manufacturing practices. It is the responsibility of every employee at Tree Top Inc. to report food safety and food quality problems or risks to personnel with the authority to initiate action against these said possible risks. The Organization chart indicated key personnel with the authority to take action. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

• Lubricate equipment.
• Communicate effectively.
• Supply parts needed, parts requests, assist Parts Clerk.
• Practice GMP and food safety requirements.
• Monitor equipment.

EXPERIENCE:

Six months to one-year position-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, reach, feel objects, tools, or controls. Reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk, hear, taste or smell.
• Sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Occasionally climb and balance.
• Occasionally lift and/ or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for testing, distance vision, color vision for testing and seeing color, peripheral vision to observe two processes, depth perception for working with equipment and the ability to adjust focus for seeing defective material.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is/or could be exposed to extreme heat, moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, electrical shock, high precarious positions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, all weather conditions, vibrations, and loud noise.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Salary Range: $25.84 to $25.85 per hour depending on qualifications

This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Salary increases are determined by promotional opportunities. Tree Top provides a weekly payroll.
