Hello we are Tree Timber Services. We do local tree work for Emmet county and the surrounding areas of northern Michigan. We're looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative, against-the-grain individual who has critical thinking skills and a quality first mindset. If you're the type of person who is good at logistics and has a decent understanding of time and scheduling, this is the perfect job for you.
Core Responsibilities
- Answering calls and converting leads into scheduled jobs
- Managing crew schedules and keeping operations organized
- Handling invoices, payments, and customer follow-up
- Coordinating calendars and ensuring jobs stay on track
- Light social media creation (taking photos, writing some copy, etc).
Requirements
- Confident on the phone and good with people
- Highly organized
- Proficient in Google Workspace and learning new software
