- We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our small but growing team and provide administrative support to our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office supplies, organizing files and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and professional. Bilingual candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and take messages.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Organize and maintain office supplies.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Address Pay Applications (maintain& enter)
- Future employee to maintain a positive approach to all tasks
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
